Dessie what you don't actually realise (but I know) is that Chance is actually a woman- and like most women he gets moody at certain times of the month. So it is obviously just his time or the month. Cough. That should be her time of the month.

Seriously, I have been for a drink with Chris and he seemed like a nice down to earth guy, and not too money grabbing- though the price of his course has rapidly risen. He did give me some copies of his book to take out to some african filmmakers- and he would have given more if he hadn't just had a clear out. But his course (yes I went on it- but the British Council paid) did turn into somewhat of a book signing event. Speaking of books I have heard rumours that Chance is going to be writing one- just wait for the Happy Bunny Filmmaking course

Rodriguez i hate with a passion, and can go on an on about for pages why but its more in good jest, if i met Rodriguez in the bar i would slap him in the face with a kipper then probaby buy him a beer, Chris Jones on the other hand i cant be arsed to bother to waste valuable typing effort. i will say however that one of the reasons iam calling him a balless muppet is because his opinions or voice is normally aired followed btw heres are latest course for xxx pounds, plus he gives it but the moment someone starts giving it back(me) he runs like a little girl and three "guerrilas film makers handbook" which should be renamed, i have a ten percent commison on all the companies i mention in this book, and ill flood you with useless infomation and charge twenty quid for it, then plug uyou my course for xxx pounds then at the course sell you my film"..

Kathys right iam going to write a book on film making after Mortus Illumina entitled "101 reasons to film gravel" :-) in all seriousness from the adventure that has been MI so far i could write a excelent film making book, one that would actually tell you usefull stuff and all the stuff the others dont tell you , like how the bigger hire companies will screw you , what it is like to have to depend on 30 _ people who some you dont know and have to rely on there word to get the job done, how to get around those CCJ;'s that will inadverntedly come through your door in production, the nightmares of near running out of budget on a shoot or hitting near bankruptcy in pre-produciton, the amounts of muppets in soho and what it is like with dealing with so many wannabes and bullshiters at auditions and crew interviews, why it is not a good idea to sleep with anyone you are auditioning or interviewing, tell you why we sent a crew member of to find a tree for three hours . hows the best way to sleep under a redhead on set. how to get the owners of a 17th century country Mansion(one in trailer) to habnd over the keys for a week and go on holiday. also if i tell you how to light something or set-up somethign that is going to be how you do it none of this oh lets make it look really diffilcult bullshit or this is all you need when in fact is not. tell you how if you are filming in a diffilcult location or topent weather that you litterally have to tell some of your crew and cast to tie there own shoe laces, what "cheating" a shot actually is, also i wouldnt skip , if im going to go to the effort of writing down what shot compositions there are then god damm it youll get it all , from you XCU, tio your Dutch tilt to your 3/4 american to your OS. instead of jsut sticking one or two down. also as well show you some of the huge amount of paperwork that will mount up over produciton and more importantly what it is and why and finally it will be no glamour, no bullshit just simply how to make a feature film on a low budget, follow it to a Tee and youll be grand.
